2011 Master Builders House of the Year and Commercial Awards

This year the Master Builders House of the Year Awards Ceremony was held at the Claudlands Events centre for the first time. For Urban Residential Developments it was their second year entering this very competitive competition. It proved to be another very successful year for the company taking out Gold, one overall category and a Supreme award. Once again we owe a huge amount of praise and thanks to all of our staff, sub contractors and suppliers as without them it would not have been possible. Thank you.

Renovations $250,000 to $500,000 – SUPREME WINNER – RENOVATION OF THE YEAR 2011 -  2011 Gold Award and Category Winner. This home is also a NATIONAL FINALIST in the 2011 House of the Year competition which will be judged late in 2011.



2010 Master Builders House of the Year and Commercial Awards

On the 23rd July 2010 the Registered Master Builders House of The Year and Commercial Projects awards were announced. This prestigeous event was carried out at Mystery Creek with a black tie awards evening. 2010 was Urban Residential Developments first year to enter any projects. The evening proved to be very successful with Urban Residential Developments winning Gold, Silver and Bronze awards as well as winning all three overall categories. Urban Residential Developments would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our clients, sub contractors and staff for your ongoing support. We could not have done it without you.

New homes $350,000 to $450,000 - 2010 Gold Award and Category Winner: On the 27th August 2010 this Home was also announced as a NATIONAL FINALIST in the 2010 House of the Year competition. It will now be re judged and national awards will be announced in November 2010.
