Urban Residential Developments have been building high quality homes and alterations in the Waikato since 2004.

Headed by Daniel and Bronwyn Klinkenberg, we specialise in providing an exceptional combination of high quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Daniel developed a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills and a passion for high quality workmanship early in his career as a team leader during the building of the stunning Five-Star Sheraton Bora Bora Nui Resort in Tahiti. Famous for its 120 luxury overwater bungalows, the Sheraton Bora Bora Nui Resort was described at its 2002 grand opening as, ‘the most exclusive luxury resort to open in French Polynesia in the past 40 years’.

Daniel is now committed to providing the same high level of quality workmanship, project management and customer service to every job our company has the privilege to be involved in - from the smallest deck to the largest and most prestigious new executive home.

We are Award Winning Registered Master Builders with a passion for perfection. We employ trade qualified licensed builders.  We also have a large pool of high quality, dedicated contractors to call on to provide specialist tasks and extra manpower when it’s needed. All our contractors have been especially selected to ensure we consistently provide high quality finishes and service because - just like you - we demand and expect the best.
